Wade M. German, Esq. is the founding attorney of The Law Offices of Wade M. German, PLLC.  

He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. 

Mr. German is legal counsel to individuals and companies seeking real estate, U.S. immigration, matrimonial, and entertainment legal services.

 In connection with immigration law, Mr. German has provided a range of immigration legal services, from preparation of customary spousal petitions for U.S. lawful permanent residency to counseling FBI assets preparing for assignments abroad. 

In connection with entertainment law, he is legal counsel to dramatists, actors, directors, musicians, business executives, and producers of film, TV, theater, music, and internet-web series.   

Prior to establishing this firm, Mr. German was associated with a law firm on Wall Street where he provided legal services on U.S. immigration petitions, corporate matters, real estate commercial leases and residential purchase-sale agreements, and entertainment law transactions for producers of multi-million dollar budgeted films and Broadway musicals.

Mr. German worked for Creative Artists Agency (CAA) where he was a legal assistant, The Public Theater where he was a script reader and show scout, the Next to Normal workshop at Second Stage Theatre, Jujamcyn Theaters (owner and operator of five Broadway theaters), Tony Award winning librettist/lyricist Steven Sater, and director and Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning writer James Lapine, all in New York City.  

For the Honorable Kathie E. Davidson, Supervising Judge of the 9th Judicial District Family Court, Mr. German was a judicial intern, as well as for the Honorable Matthew F. Cooper, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court.

For greater than ten years, Mr. German annually has interviewed applicants to Brown University's undergraduate program.  He is currently the Brown University Alumni Interviewing Program Manhattan School Chair of Brearley School, Dwight School, and Trinity School, all in Manhattan.  He has volunteered at the men's homeless shelter at Congregation Rodeph Shalom on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.  

Mr. German received his Juris Doctor degree from the Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a member of the Moot Court program and on Dean's List.  He was admitted to the Honors program under Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Paula Vogel at and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University.

Prior to Brown, Mr. German graduated from an international baccalaureate secondary school in Manhattan.  He grew up on the Upper West Side across the street from Lincoln Center.
